New Lenox building now named Town Center Bank Building

The multi-use commercial building located at 1038 W. Lincoln Hwy.  in New Lenox (southwest corner of Lincoln Highway and Schoolhouse Road), is now known as the Town Center Bank Building.

A mixed-use commercial building in New Lenox is now known as the Town Center Bank Building.

The Paul Fried Family, owner and manager of the building, and Town Center Bank – which also has a branch in Frankfort – made the announcement on Monday.

This renaming “aligns with Town Center Bank’s yearlong strategy to raise its corporate profile within the Lincoln-Way market,” according to a news release from Town Center Bank.

“This renaming is a proud moment for Town Center Bank,” Dan Regan, president of Town Center Bank, said in the release. “As one of the last locally owned and managed community banks in the area, we are deeply committed to investing in and supporting the communities we serve. The Town Center Bank Building is a symbol of our enduring presence and our dedication to the Lincoln-Way region.”

The Town Center Bank Building, formerly known as Atrium Point, houses a variety of dining, office and retail tenants, according to the release.

This New Lenox branch of the Town Center Bank features “a welcoming lobby and convenient drive-up services located at the end of the south wing,” according to the release.

Paul Fried said in the release that the family is “thrilled to continue our strong relationship with Town Center Bank.”

“Their commitment to the community and their presence in this building bring tremendous value to the other tenants and the surrounding area,” Fried said in the release

The Town Center Bank Building is located at 1938 W. Lincoln Highway, on the southwest corner of Lincoln Highway and Schoolhouse Road.
