The Graceful Ordinary’s Big City Burger Collab with 2024 ‘Top Chef’ contestant

The Graceful Ordinary is teaming up with a “Top Chef” contestant to bring a unique burger to the western suburbs for a limited time this January.

You may know Chef Kaleena Bliss from her time on “Top Chef 2024,” or from winning Food Network’s 2022″ Chopped: Casino Royale." She is now bringing her bold flavors to the suburbs for the first time with the exclusive burger collaboration with Chef Chris Curren.

Bliss will present the Seoul Burger, which was first introduced at the 2024 Chicago Gourmet Food & Wine Festival.

According to a news release, this mouthwatering creation features an 8-ounce burger nestled in The Graceful Ordinary’s signature soft potato bun and topped with house-made white kimchi and savory ssamjang. The burger is layered with sriracha-lime aioli, fresh cilantro, scallions and pickled Fresno chiles for an unforgettable bite.

This limited-time dish will be available Jan. 17-26 from 4 to 5 p.m. for happy hour and after 9 p.m. for The Graceful Ordinary’s late-night bar menu, Tuesday - Sunday. The price is $18.

The Seoul Burger is also available during lunch service on Saturday or brunch on Sunday.
