1. House Plant Party: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Alsip Home & Nursery, 20601 S LaGrange Road, Frankfort. Plant sales, workshops, orchid seminar, Botanical Bingo, local artisan pop-up of plant-inspired products, soil bar and opportunities to create an art piece using dyed moss and to create a mounted epiphyte (plant that grows on vertical surfaces) and soil bar.
