Brunch, local goods at Batavia’s Indoor Market this weekend

The Batavia Indoor Market runs from 9 a.m. to noon at Grainology Brewstillery, 131 Flinn St., Suite C, and will continue every Saturday morning through mid-May.

You don’t have to wait for the spring and the return of farmers markets to enjoy fresh produce and goods in Batavia.

Batavia’s Indoor Market continues every weekend through mid-May, from 9 a.m. to noon at Grainology Brewstillery, 131 Flinn St., Suite C.

More than 20 local vendors participate each week, with a variety of goods, including fresh greens, gourmet mushrooms, meats, eggs, baked goods, handmade pasta, hot sauces, honey and more. All vendors must grow, harvest and/or produce at least 75% of market products, according to Batavia MainStreet.

While browsing, enjoy a delicious brunch from Fernando’s Street Kitchen and mocktails from Grainology Brewstillery. Fernando’s Brunch menu includes breakfast burritos, tacos, quesadillas, Huevos Rancheros and more.

Some of the vendors include Mighty Greens Farm, Red Star Pizzas, Foxfire Kombucha, Fourth Dimension Flavors, Urban Apothecary & Fat Sam’s for Pets, Wild Witch Preserves, Nourish, Torte di Paola, Umbrella Azul and many more.

Specific vendors change each weekend, so check Batavia MainStreet’s Facebook page for an updated vendor list, and visit their website for more information on the market.
