After a two-year hiatus, Michael and Cynthia Flynn have returned with the opening of their new restaurant, Flynnie’s Kitchen.

The next multi-course dining event is March 20.

Can’t miss eateries add flavor to your road trip

Freddie’s Off The Chain food truck plans to open its restaurant in downtown Oswego on April 1.

The proposed restaurant will be called Tequila Limon, and will offer steaks, seafood and cocktails.

Dough and The Backyard will open in March. Dough will be a 220 seat full-service restaurant, while The Backyard will offer arcade games, Skee-ball, a projection screen and more.

The Chicago region’s fifth Fogo de Chao Brazilian steakhouse is expected to open in April across the street from Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg.
