Plano girls basketball won the championship of the Richmond-Burton Christmas Tournament, Plano wrestling won the Mundelein Duals and Yorkville Christian boys basketball rallied from a 20-point fourth-quarter deficit to beat Providence in Saturday's Record Newspapers roundup.

Maggie Lewandowski scored her 1,000th career point in an Oswego East girls basketball win, Oswego East and Yorkville's boys teams and Plano and Sandwich's girls team were winners, plus Plano girls wrestling results in Friday's roundup.

Scoring in bunches, Kaneland delivered an early knockout punch at Plano on Friday night, overwhelming the Reapers, 75-39.
