A Streator man was flown to a Peoria hospital, following a crash on Route 23 Sunday afternoon that left his vehicle on top of a truck.
A vehicle driven by Michael Gray, 23, Streator, was going north on Route 23 at about 3:20 p.m. Sunday, when it went off the road, hit a ditch and went into the air, landing on top a vehicle at Grainco FS. Gray was flown to OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was also cited on complaints of driving too fast for conditions and improper lane usage.
