Randall L. Buttry, 59, of Ottawa passed away Friday, May 3, 2019 at his home.

Funeral services for Randy will be 6:00 Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Ottawa Funeral Home. His visitation will be 3:00 - 6:00, prior to services, at Ottawa Funeral Home. He will be buried at a later date following cremation.

Randy was born November 11, 1959, in Morris, Illinois to Jewel and Georgene (Davy) Buttry. He married Joan Wonders January 4, 2010 in Ottawa, Illinois. Randy owned and operated Seal-A-Lot seal coating for over 40 years. Randy was a simple man who took a lot of pride in his work. His interests were Nascar, along with his Nascar collection and his corvettes. He loved to listen to classic rock music and he enjoyed taking trips with his wife to Wisconsin Dells in the winter.

He is survived by his loving wife, Joan; four children, Theresa Buttry-Limerick, Eric Buttry, David Vitas, and Austin Vitas; three grandchildren; two step-children, Shelly Williamson and William Burkett; three siblings, Jewel Buttry, Beverly Bailey, and David Buttry; and nine nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
