Ottawa

Kobe M.J. Wilson, 20, Ottawa, was arrested Thursday at his address on complaints of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property. Wilson was released with a court date.

Streator

Shaun King, 29, Chicago, was cited at 1:06 p.m. Thursday at Northpoint Plaza on a complaint of driving while license suspended. King was released with a court date.

Breanna Dennis, 20, Streator, was arrested at 1:06 p.m. Thursday at Northpoint Plaza on a La Salle County failure to appear in court warrant for a charge of felony theft. Dennis was taken to the county jail.

Streator police responded at 8:38 p.m. Thursday to City Park, 200 E. Hickory St., for a report of cellphone theft. The incident remains under investigation.

Fire calls

Ottawa firefighters responded at 3 p.m. Thursday to 400 E. Washington St. for two trouble alarms on fire alarm panels. No fire was detected, maintenance was notified.

Ottawa firefighters responded at 8:47 p.m. Thursday to 906 Canal St. for an alarm set off by cooking smoke.
