Rebecca Duray, 65, of Ottawa, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa with Rev. Michael Driscoll, officiating. Burial will follow at St. Columba Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Rebecca was born on February 8, 1954, in Northlake, Illinois to Earl Foss and Julia (Guadagnoli) Penachio. She married Kenneth Duray on December 22, 1984 in Chicago. Her hobbies included gardening and volunteering at the local Food Pantry.

She is survived by her husband Kenneth, her three children, Bernadette (Curtis) Orick, of Northlake, John Duray, Michael Duray, both of Ottawa, and a brother Ronald Penachio.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Richard Penachio.
