Tara Ann Holland, 38 of Streator passed away Wednesday (June 19, 2019) at the Richard L. Owens Hospice Home, Peoria.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday from 1 - 3 p.m. at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.
Tara was born on July 15, 1980 in Streator to Michael D. and Robin (Reynolds) Holland.
She is survived by sons Gregory, Bradley and Toby Chromchak of Streator, a granddaughter Hadleigh, her mother Robin Rients, of Streator, father Michael (Deanne) Holland, of Streator, sisters, Erika Holland and Hannah Holland both of Streator, brothers Dylan of Ottawa, Dustin of Streator, Ronald Rathbun of Plainfield, Ryan Rathbun of Chillicothe, Kurtis Rathbun of Streator, Michael Elias of Bloomington and Camden Elias of Streator, maternal grandparents, John and Shirley Reynolds of Streator, paternal grandmother Judy Watson of Streator, niece Makenzy and nephew Jayce and her soul mate Greg Chromchak of Wenona.
She is preceded in death by brothers Jason, David, Ryan and Joshua.
Tara graduated from Woodland High School in 1998. She enjoyed cooking and playing in the snow.
