Flanagan-Cornell announces graduation plans

Flanagan-Cornell High School finalized its upcoming graduation plans at Thursday's board of education meeting.

FCHS will hold a hybrid graduation ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Friday, May 22, in the district parking lot. Two vehicles per student will be able to enter the parking lot, with all vehicles required to stay for the entirety of the ceremony with occupants safely inside.

Graduates will meet in the softball parking lot at 4 p.m. in a third vehicle driven by a family member who will not need a ticket and be paraded down Webster Street to the district parking lot for the ceremony, where they will be allowed to exit their vehicles one-by-one to be honored.

The ceremony will be streamed on Facebook.
