Ottawa High School seeks hall of fame nominations

Know someone deserving of the Ottawa High School Hall of Fame? The high school will be taking nominations for the 2021 Ottawa High School Hall of Fame class to Friday, July 31.

Nomination forms are available at Ottawa High School in the superintendent's office, or at ottawahigh.com.

Nomination forms can be submitted to Ottawa Township High School, Attn: Dr. Michael Cushing, 211 E. Main St., Ottawa, IL 61350.

The Ottawa High School Educational Foundation established the Hall of Fame in 2006 to recognize excellence in achievement across all areas, be it academic, fine arts, athletics or general distinguished achievements. The achievements may have occurred during a student's high school career, after leaving Ottawa High School or a combination of both. Honorees can but do not have to have attended Ottawa High School, but they have to be significant or accomplished contributors to the high school. Also considered are Ottawa High School teams or groups.
