Juan P. Perez Serna, 32, of Morris, was charged with driving while suspended at 2:45 a.m. Friday at West Walnut Street and Lewis Avenue, Oglesby police said.
Hardison D. Edward Jr., 30, of LaMoille, was picked up on warrants out of Marshall County (retail theft) and La Salle County (driving while suspended) at 3:26 p.m. Thursday at Sixth Street and Sixth Avenue, Mendota police said.
Elena Foulk, 21, of Compton, was charged with driving while suspended. At 4 p.m. Monday near the 1200 block of 13th Avenue, Mendota police said.
