OSF Cardiovascular Institute office reopens in Streator

The OSF HealthCare Cardiovascular Institute office in Streator has reopened. The office is located on the third floor of the OSF Center for Health, 111 Spring St., in Streator.

The office is now open for appointments 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Monday and Wednesday.

Patients are seen by three cardiovascular specialists — Dr. Yogesh Agarwal, Dr. James Mathew and Dr. Salman Waheed — who provide care in Streator on a rotating basis. All three cardiologists specialize in diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care.
