Four charged in alcohol-related offense in Mendota

Mendota police charged four people with alcohol-related offenses after locating an unconscious woman lying on the sidewalk at 12:48 a.m. Nov. 10 in the 600 block of Main Street.

Joslyn M. Hopkins, 20, of Mendota, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol and three others were charged with supplying her with alcohol and/or permitting her to drink inside a tavern, police said.

They are Aydrianah J. Carter, 21, of Mendota (supplying alcohol to a person under 21; accompanying a person under 21 inside a tavern); Heather R. Vickrey, 26, of Mendota (allowing a person under 21 inside a tavern; allowing a person under 21 to consume alcohol) and Tyson K. Davis, of Mendota (allowing a person under 21 inside a tavern; allowing a person under 21 to consume alcohol), police said.
