La Salle County grand jury issues indictments

A La Salle County grand jury convened Tuesday and returned the following indictments: Roberto Carias-Moran, 51, of Banning, Calif. (unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver); Cameron Vonburg, 21, homeless (unlawful possession of a controlled substance; resisting a peace officer); Devon York, 19, of Onarga (residential burglary); Jeff Burroughs, 49, of Streator (aggravated battery); David Pickett, 54, of La Salle (aggravated DUI); Ronald Carter, 33, of Chicago Heights (domestic battery); Dorian James, 44, of Chicago (aggravated fleeing and eluding; driving while revoked); Michael Torres, 39, of Streator (driving while suspended); Paul Christmann, 50, of Mendota (aggravated battery); Delia Arredondo, 60, of Mendota (two counts of aggravated DUI); David Richardson, 24, of Streator (unlawful delivery of a controlled substance); Jennifer Risch, 35, of Ottawa (unlawful possession of methamphetamine); Megan Berg, 36, of Streator (unlawful delivery of methamphetamine; unlawful delivery of a controlled substance).
