Preparations for a curb replacement project in the 1200 block of West Jefferson Street in Ottawa will begin Monday, Sept. 18.

The construction will require the block between Sanger and Forest streets to be closed to all traffic and on-street parking for about two to three weeks.

Contractors expect the work to be completed and the street reopened to traffic and parking by Oct. 4, weather permitting.
