Members of the Chief Senachwine Chapter NSDAR laid a wreath at the memorial of Medal of Honor honoree Capt. John Cromwell, USN, in Henry Park on Veterans Day.

Cromwell was a World War II submarine captain who went down with his ship rather than be captured by the Japanese because he knew vital U.S. information regarding upcoming attack plans.
