Spring Valley clerk’s office to close for Presidents’ Day, City Council to meet Tuesday

The Spring Valley City Clerk’s Office will be closed Monday, Feb. 19, for Presidents’ Day.

Garbage collection will be on a regular schedule. The regular Spring Valley City Council will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20.
