The Ottawa Historical and Scouting Heritage Museum would like more room for displays.

Two events are upcoming at the Ottawa Historical and Scouting Heritage Museum.

All proceeds go to the new building fund.

The museum will feature this year’s final history lecture Sunday, Dec. 15. Mollie Perrot will talk about the mansions of Ottawa that she hasn’t talked about before, including some recent pictures of “The Oaks,” the home of Gen. W.H.L. Wallace. The cost is $10 and some seats are still available. It starts at 2 p.m., with the museum open at 10 a.m.
