YANA! to host Rodney Perez as featured speaker

The grassroots organization You Are Not Alone (YANA!) will host its next meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, at Jamie’s Outpost, 602 Clark St., Utica.

The event is open to the public.

The meeting will feature Rodney Perez, vice president of the Illinois Chapter of Patriots For America, as the keynote speaker. Perez will talk about the homeless on Chicago streets and fighting sex trafficking, YANA said in its release.

YANA said it is a grassroots organization focused on fostering community, civic engagement and support for right-of-center individuals. The group meets monthly to network, learn and promote involvement in local and state issues.
