Tiskilwa hosts visitors for Christmas market

Scores of people walked Saturday on Main Street in Tiskilwa during its annual Christmas Market event.

They visited specialty vendors, enjoyed treats or lunch at several businesses and the Community Church, visited with Santa, checked out special exhibits at both museums, smiled at the fanciful decorations on Tiskilwa Community Association trees lining Main Street, rode in a horse-drawn carriage, bought Christmas trees and caught the holiday spirit on a bright, sunny day.
