State police issued 44 citations, including a DUI arrest, and issued 21 warnings during a December specialty patrol in La Salle and Rock Island counties.

Capt. Jason Dickey, Troop 2 commander, announced Sunday the results of alcohol countermeasure enforcement patrols targeting impaired driving and illegal transportation or consumption of alcohol or drugs.
