Former champ leads the field by nearly 4 Peterson Points

Former champion Katie Gerrard leads the 2025 Princeton Women's Masters Tournament after the first round of competition.

Katie Gerrard is in a familiar position in the 53rd annual Princeton Women’s Masters Bowling Tournament.

She leads the 2025 tournament after the first weekend by nearly 4 Peterson Points, tallying 48.3 with second-place bowler Danielle Hoopes at 44.33.

A year ago, Gerrard, a former champion, finished in a first-place tie with Josie Lindsey, who claimed the title in a bowl-off. Lindsey is not competing this year.

Rounding out the top 10 are Gabbie Cummings (41.35), Anna Flaig (41.17), Shannon Allen (41.07), Kayla Hand (39.31), Sherry Allen (39.31), Nicole Walker (39.29), Missy Aman (39.09) and Tieg Carpenter (38.01).

The final round for the tournament starts at 3 p.m. Saturday at Pin Splitter Lanes.
