La Salle County grand jury: January 28, 2025

A La Salle County grand jury convened Tuesday and returned the following indictments:

Joshua D. Yacko, 28, of Grand Ridge (violating sex offender registry, unlawful residency by a sex offender);

John H. Jolly, 42, of Aurora (two counts of aggravated battery);

Erik D. Keen, 46, of La Salle (burglary);

Tyler W. Link, 34, of La Salle (burglary; two counts of aggravated battery);

David L. Miller, 35, of Peru (residential burglary; two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance);

Jeffrey L. Grady, 56, of Serena (threatening a public official);

Tiffany I. Black, 44, of Kokomo, Ind. (aggravated battery);

Ryan J. Arroyo, 38, of Streator (two counts of driving while revoked; two counts of aggravated fleeing and eluding);

Ryne Bartolucci, 34, of Peru (domestic battery).
