Decatur man arrested in Streator, charged with murder in Macon County

A 28-year-old Decatur man was arrested Wednesday by Streator police on a warrant charging him with murder in Macon County.

Timothy Chatman was arrested at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Ninth Street.

He was taken to the La Salle County Jail, where he is being held for Macon County, according to the jail record.
