Sarah Raymond is the Peru Police Chief. She was sworn in as the first woman ever to take the role in La Salle County. Deputy Chief of Police Sarah Raymond was sworn in as police chief, replacing retired Chief Robert Pyszka. Raymond says she plans to create succession within the police department during her first year in the position.
