The alley in the 600 block of Court Street in downtown Ottawa, from Court east to Columbus Street, will be closed to all traffic and use beginning at 6 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11.

The alley is expected to remain closed through Thursday, Feb. 13. The alley will be reopened for use following the completion of a water service connection.
