Fieldcrest 44, Midland 42: Macy Gochanour scored 18 points as the Knights earned a nonconference victory Friday in rural Varna.

Pru Mangan and TeriLynn Timmerman each had 13 points for Fieldcrest (10-6).

Amboy 51, Mendota 29: Ava Eddy had nine points, six rebounds and three steals as the Trojans lost a nonconference game in Mendota.

Laylie Denault added six points, four rebounds, three steals and two assists for Mendota.

AlWood 63, Henry-Senacwine 62: The Mallards came up just short in a nonconference game in Henry.
