Pirate Poms, Streatorettes keep IHSA state qualifying streaks alive and well

With a sixth-place finish in the Class 2A portion of the Mahomet-Seymour Sectional, Ottawa's Pirate Poms advanced to the IHSA State Final Competition for the fifth consecutive year. Both Ottawa and Streator’s competitive dance teams will be dancing their way down to Bloomington on Friday – and hopefully, should they qualify, Saturday – for the IHSA State Final Competition.
