Safe Journeys: Who We Are, What We Do

Safe Journeys is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence. Our services are designed to empower survivors, promote safety, and facilitate healing.

Domestic Violence Shelter

We offer a secure and confidential shelter for individuals and families escaping domestic violence. Our facility provides a safe haven where survivors can begin rebuilding their lives with the support of trained professionals.

Legal and Medical Advocacy

Our advocates assist survivors in navigating the legal and medical systems. We provide support during court proceedings, help with obtaining protective orders, and accompany clients to medical appointments to ensure they receive the care and justice they deserve.

Counseling Services

Safe Journeys offers individual and group counseling to help survivors process their experiences and develop coping strategies. Our licensed counselors create a compassionate environment to support emotional healing and personal growth.

Case Management

Our case managers work closely with clients to assess their needs, connect them with community resources, and develop personalized plans to achieve safety and stability. This includes assistance with housing, employment, and other essential services.

24-Hour Support Line

We operate a confidential 24-hour hotline for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Trained support counselors are available around the clock to provide immediate assistance, information, and emotional support.

Partner Abuse Intervention Program (PAIP)

Our PAIP is designed to help individuals who have exhibited abusive behaviors learn to stop abusing. Through education and counseling, participants develop healthier relationship skills and accountability.

All services provided by Safe Journeys are free of charge and confidential, ensuring that survivors receive the support they need without barriers. Our dedicated team is here to assist you on your journey toward safety and healing.
