The Mendota soccer team punched their ticket to the State finals after shutting out Aurora Central Catholic 2-0 in the Class 1A Supersectional game on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024 at Mendota High School. The Trojans will face Normal U-High in the State semifinals on Thursday at 7:15p.m. at Hoffman Estates High School.

Mendota defeated Peoria Christian 2-1 to win the Class 1A Sectional on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2024 at Chillicothe High School. The Trojans will face Aurora Central Catholic for the Supersectional on Saturday at 6p.m. at Mendota High School.
