Portion of Illinois Avenue in Ottawa will be closed Tuesday

Sewer replacement will take place on 1000 block of Illinois Avenue

The 1000 block of Illinois Avenue in Ottawa between Harden and Taylor streets will be closed to all traffic beginning 7 a.m. Tuesday, March 15.

Contractors will be making a sewer replacement in that block. Work is expected to be completed by the end of the day and the street reopened to all traffic.
